In my latest job, as Head of UX for Briq, I led the UX team, elevating FinTech and ConTech platforms. Achievements include a 36% surge in active users and an 80% boost in Spend Management users and reducing the onboarding time by 93%. Below are some of the works I have accomplished in Briq and I am proud of those because they met the target set by the company. I am a believer of Success Centered Design, a design method that not only makes life of users easy but also see the interest of the company founders and lead them to more revenue.

1. Durian

I am now working with India’s one of the biggest furniture manufacturers Durian. The revamp of UX was able to increase the e-commerce conversion by 3X within 2 months of redesign, please find:

2. Pepperfry: India’s no. 1 furniture portal
I was the head of UX for Pepperfry from 2015 til 2017 and I was part of Pepperfry’s best-selling 2016 Diwali sale and led one of the biggest UX research projects done by any Indian startup. In India, even Ikea could not beat Pepperfry yet.

With 22+ years of design leadership, I specialize in ConTech, FinTech, E-Commerce, and SaaS. My passion lies in crafting intuitive user experiences that drive user engagement and business success.

I have authored two books on user experience design and published multiple articles on various UX topics. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and insights with the UX community and speaking at multiple events and platforms. Besides UX and writing, I am an award-winning short filmmaker and a painter.
