PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Sydney-based IT professional with extensive experience across IT systems, business analysis, application support, ICT infrastructure and regulated enterprise environments. My background combines technology, business and finance, with hands-on experience in requirements gathering, systems analysis, process improvement, UAT, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, vendor and contract management, ICT procurement, telephony and end-user support.
I spent more than a decade with Fundação HEMOMINAS, a major Brazilian public healthcare organisation, progressing through business operations and technology-focused responsibilities. My IT experience includes supporting enterprise and healthcare systems, analysing business requirements, coordinating vendors, managing technology contracts and software licences, preparing technical procurement documentation, supporting system migrations and integrations, conducting testing and homologation, troubleshooting applications and infrastructure, and supporting users and operational teams.
I have experience with SQL Developer for data investigation and validation, Power BI for reporting and business intelligence, Microsoft Power Platform, enterprise applications, ICT infrastructure and IP telephony. I also participated in the migration from analogue PABX to IP telephony and supported specialised healthcare technology and system interfaces.
Earlier in my career, I worked in banking as a Credit Analyst with Banco Alfa and in customer support with Caixa Econômica Federal. This financial background, combined with qualifications in Information Systems, Economics and Financial Management, gives me a strong understanding of both technology and business requirements.
I am currently based in Sydney and seeking a long-term opportunity where I can contribute across IT Systems, Business Analysis, Application Support, ICT Support or related technology functions. I am open to suitable employer-sponsored opportunities, including the Skills in Demand (subclass 482) pathway.
